CERT have been commissioned to help 30 organisations meet these new challenges and the good news is that it will not cost the successful organisations anything to access the help. This may include interventions to assist in the development of trading arms, local area agreements and contracting with the wider public sector.

• Training of managers and staff to meet new challenges
• An examination of your quality systems
• A check on your policies and personnel procedures
• Assistance to fill any identified gaps
• Help you to manage the changes within your organisation
• Signposting to other sources of help and assistance

We can also help you to investigate diversifying your sources of income and become more enterprising.

How can you access the programme ?

Places are strictly limited and will be offered over the next nine months to organisations selected on their willingness to generate new income streams and readiness to take part in the programme.
