Minutes of the Immingham Health Check Steering Group Meeting held on Thursday 31 January 2002 at 6pm in the Conference Room of the Community Business Suite, Immingham Resource Centre, Immingham.

It was agreed that the ‘hinterland’ should include areas that Immingham serves which directly affect its economy. The research should start in Immingham and work out as far as the tight timescale allows.

Producing the Snapshot

The Worksheets provided by the Countryside Agency were circulated. Humber Numbers will provide some of the information and will produce the questionnaires. They will also undertake the ‘Street Corner’ interviewing. Other agencies identified to provide information for the worksheets were:

The Proposed Milestones document proposing the timetable of events was circulated and agreed. Maurice Barrick suggested a Press release and media coverage. Neil is preparing posters.
