Terms and Conditions

Your commitment

By enrolling on to any course you are committing your time to a learning programme and agreeing to pay in full any enrolment fees due. Where your employer is paying the fees the commitment is being made with your employer and you are also expected to comply with any agreements that you have with your employer.

Please note that you or your employer may be eligible for a free or part subsidised (co-funded) place, your tutor will discuss this with you when they contact you.

All course fees are payable 14 days prior to the start date of the course in order to guarantee your place.

Our cancellation policy

We must receive notice by telephone or email or letter cancelling your place at least 14 calendar days prior to the start date of the course in order to obtain a full refund of your enrolment fees. Where you or your employer are eligible for full or partial waiver of enrolment fees this waiver is on the basis that you attend and finish the course, where you fail to complete the course we reserve the right to levy an administration fee equal to half the full enrolment fees to cover registration and administration costs.

Where notice is not received or received within the 14 calendar days prior to the start date of the course no refund will be due.

All cheques should be in UK sterling crossed and made payable to Community Economic Regeneration Team Ltd.

We reserve the right to change the start date, course times and venues where necessary and will inform you or any such changes.

In the event that there are insufficient numbers to run a course we also reserve the right to cancel the course. In this event the maximum refund you will receive if we cancel the course is the enrolment fee that you have paid to us in advance.

By enrolling onto our course you and/or your employer are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
